Holiday House Villa Tita is a charming rental villa,which has a private pool and jacuzzi room.The Villa is in Akbel village of Kalkan.The Village is a fascinating holiday destination for all year and it is only 3 km away from Kalkan.Turkey.Our holiday villa  is located in heart of İslamlar Valley.You can rent daily or weekly.The area is on Lycian trekking ways.İf you are a trekking lover, you should come and try this experience.

1.Bedroom:This bedroom has a double bed, ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, hairdryer .

Pool area and Outside

Private pool and sunbathing area. 2 sun loungers, one sun parasol, 2 pool towels. A shaded outside dining and sitting area for 2 people. A stone and gas BBQ.

The pool is 10m x 4m x 1.50 m

Kitchen

Located on the ground floor the kitchen is a fully equipped American style kitchen. Including a dishwasher, dinner table and chairs for 2 people, oven, microwave, dinner set for 2 people, toaster, pans, coffee cups and tea glasses.

Living room

 Located on the ground floor. There are two sofas, a plasma TV and air-conditioning. 

Safety Deposit

The safety deposit for Villa is £100. If there is no damage after your stay you will receive your deposit when you leave. 

Check-in Check-out time 

You can settle into your villa after 15:00pm. The check out time is 10:00am. Any bags that you have can be looked after in our office.
