At various times you may contribute your personal data to us. For example, in order to process a request or enquiry you may make concerning a property or transaction, we need to know all or some of the following; your full name, address, telephone number, email address, and in case of an advertising listing, a method of payment. Our primary purpose in collecting your personal data is to provide you with services you requested and those which we believe will optimise your use of our site. You agree that we may use your personal data for the following purposes;

For the services or support your request.

To contact you with Critical updates.

To customise, measure and improve our services, content and advertising.

To send you other messages that are integral to the service we provide.

To prevent activity we determine to be potentially illegal.

To compare information for accuracy and verify it with third parties.

And for the enforcement of this Privacy Policy and/or our Terms or any other purpose referenced herein or therein.

We do not store credit card numbers or related identifying information on any site server. All such information is stored by our credit card processing Partner(s), whom are contractually obligated to store such information using secure methods. We also use third parties to help us optimise our website flow, content and advertising. All of our partners are under a contract with us and they are obligated to keep your information confidential. Note that, despite the measures taken by us and the third parties we contract with, others may nevertheless unlawfully intercept or access private transmissions or data.

We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes to which you consent under the Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy, or as is required by applicable law and then we will delete it.

Do We Disclose Your Personal Data To Third Parties?

We will not pass on your personal details to any third parties without your permission, however, we may disclose or access your details if required to do so by Law or by any governmental body. By sending an email to us or by purchasing a holiday from our website, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your personal information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We may contact you by post or if you have given us appropriate details, by telephone, SMS text message or by email in respect of your order and in respect of any special offers we may have available. If we enter into a joint venture with, or we are sold to or merged with another business entity or our assets are purchased by another company, your personal information may be disclosed to our new business partners or owners and used for the same purposes for  which we use them. Unless required to do so by Law, we will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the personal information that you provide to us without your consent.

The information you provide to us will be held on our computers. We employ security measures to protect your information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage, however, no information transferred over by Internet or wireless network can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We will only retain your information for a reasonable period or for so long as either you or legislation permits. We reserve the right to retain certain information for a period of 6 years from the date of your last interaction with us as we may need to access historical information for business reporting purposes.

We reserve the right to change this privacy policy in the future and any changes will be posted to our website and where appropriate, sent to you by email notification. In order to process your booking we need to collect certain personal details from you. These details will include, where applicable, the names of party members, at least the party leaders contact details (including email address) at least the party leaders credit/debit card details etc which we do not store. If we need further details we will ask you for these. We will use the contact details you have given us to correspond with you in relation to your booking or enquiry. We will also need to pass your details to the third parties who need to know them so that your chosen accommodation can be provided or your enquiry can be dealt with. The owner of the accommodation you have booked or enquired about may contact you direct using the details you have given us. We may need to disclose our customer database, including any personal data relating to you contained therein, to a third party who acquires or attempts to acquire all or substantially all of the assets or stocks in our company or our website whether by merger, acquisition, reorganisation or otherwise.
